Refund Policy 

All of our products are tested for quality and we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchaseNatural hemp derived products affect everyone differently.  If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected] and we will do our best to address any concerns. 

If you would like to make a return, we have a 30-day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery dateor the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Process 


    •  To receive a refund or to return products, first contact our customer support team using our contact form 


    •  Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the message. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions.  


    •  Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement. 

Please Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

OCHOxs will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on We will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.


Damage Due to Shipping 

All shipments are hand packed, and carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, including photographs.  



Shipping Policy 

We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00. Every effort is made to ship finalized orders within 2 business days.  We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays or federal holidays.  

Customers will receive an email notification that includes tracking information once your order is picked up and scanned by UPS or USPS.  Shipping times depend on your location. While we cannot guarantee destination arrival time once your order leaves our facility, we do everything in our control to ensure a timely and successful delivery. 

On occasion a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS. 

We are not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox.
